RunFlex
After the run
When you finish a run, RunFlex saves it to your account and shows you your numbers, then a short note from the coach. You need to be signed in for the run to be saved.
What's on the stats screen?
The screen is headed Your run, with the route's name and when you finished. Along the top are your distance, your moving time and your average pace, in miles or km depending on your setting. Runs recorded on your Apple Watch also show your average heart rate, if you allowed Health access.
Below that is a map labelled The route. It says "as you ran it" when RunFlex has the trail you recorded, and "as planned" when all it has is the route you picked.
There are no per-mile or per-km splits. RunFlex keeps your trail without a time on each point, so it can't work splits out honestly.
What's the run note?
Tap How was the run? to open the Run note. The coach writes a few lines about the run, with a Next time suggestion underneath. The chips at the top are your real distance, time and pace.
If the run set a personal best, was your longest yet or reached a streak milestone, a card says so. Tap it to open Progress & streaks.
If the coach can't write the note, the screen says "The note couldn't be put together just now". Your run is still saved. Tap Save & continue to go back and plan your next route.
Where do my runs go?
Every run, from your phone or your watch, goes into Run history. You'll find it in Profile under Your running, or tap All runs at the top of the stats screen.
Runs are grouped by month, newest first. Tap one to see its distance, moving time, average pace and map again. Some older runs say "No trail saved for this run" where the map would be.
If the route you ran is still in your saved routes, the button at the bottom says Run it again and opens it on the drafts deck. If it isn't, the button says Plan a new route.
The run note isn't kept with the run in Run history, so read it when it appears.
Can I edit or delete a run?
Not one at a time. Deleting your account removes all of your runs, along with everything else (see Your account and your data).
Does the map show where I live?
If you've saved a home address in Settings, the maps on these screens hide the first and last 500 m of any run that starts or finishes there.
To take a run to Strava or Garmin Connect, see Taking your runs elsewhere.
